Posting policy

• A real role in frontend, backend, full stack, and mobile, or a clearly relevant adjacent specialty.
• Fully remote work, with every geographic or time-zone restriction disclosed.
• Clear contract, freelance, part-time, temporary, fixed-term, project, fractional or salaried employment terms.
• A legitimate hiring organization and a direct, working application URL.
• Accurate hours, compensation and duration whenever those terms are known.

• Hybrid or office-required roles presented as remote.
• Unpaid work, speculative work or applicant-paid opportunities.
• Generic talent pools presented as guaranteed live openings.
• Misleading company identities, copied roles or pages without a credible application path.
• Roles whose employment type or remote status is misleading.

Submitted roles are reviewed before publication. Public listings are monitored for changed application status and normally run for 30 days, unless they close earlier or a different term is stated at checkout.

Payment does not change the verification standard. Paid listings are reviewed against the same eligibility and accuracy requirements as every other role.
