About this role

This customer-facing engineering role serves as the technical authority for complex post-sales deployments. It owns onboarding and recovery engagements, recommends reference architectures, and helps customers adapt cloud infrastructure, security controls, and operating practices for both human developers and AI coding agents.

The engineer will translate networking, identity, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and compliance constraints into practical deployment guidance. The role also turns individual customer work into reusable delivery patterns, technical documentation, and structured product feedback for Coder's engineering and product teams.
